The Provider Portal is a web-based practice management system for individual providers. It was designed to help mental health providers improve their efficiency, security and productivity so that they can focus on the work of enhancing the wellbeing of their clients.
The Provider Portal is brought to you by the same people who developed Client Management Systems (CMS) and represents an ideal companion for users of CMS. The Provider Portal allows providers to schedule appointments with clients, set up client reminders (email and text) and keep confidential client notes in a place only they have access to. It also allows providers to store other important documents in a safe and secure location that is easily accessible by the provider.
Users of the Provider Portal can import their client information from the CMS account(s) that they have with ACC suppliers. The Provider Portal includes the ability to create new clients for those providers who may have a separate private practice.
